Camp Chesebrough Cub Day Camp: We are again pleased to offer a special day camp session at beautiful Chesebrough Scout Reservation, also called Camp Chesebrough. Camp Chesebrough is a 544 acre camp in the Santa Cruz Mountains of Santa Cruz and San Mateo counties, California.

Activities and Amenities - Camp Chesebrough's fully equipped commercial kitchen will provide hot lunches for Cubs and Webelos as they have fun at the archery range, BB gun range, and climbing wall as well as all the wonderful activity space that Camp Chesebrough has to offer. Arts and crafts activities will take place each day as well. Day camps at Camp Chesebrough will also include bus transportation from various locations throughout Santa Clara County.

CSR Provisional Camping Program: The provisional camping program at Camp Chesebrough is designed to allow the Cub Scouts and Webelos who have not been able to attend Cub Camp in the past due to the parent volunteer requirements an opportunity to participate. Cost for the Provisional Camping Program is higher, as a paid staff member will assume the duties that are normally performed by the parent volunteer. Provisional campers will be placed into dens with other provisional scouts and an adult over 21 years of age will serve as the "Den Walker" for the week.

Transportation:The bus will leave the council office (970 West Julian Street, San Jose) each day at 7:30 am. Parents should arrive between 7:00 to 7:20 to sign their Scouts onto the bus.

The bus will make a stop at the Sacred Heart Parish (13716 Saratoga Avenue, Saratoga) about 8:00 am each day. We will stop long enough for parents to sign their Scouts unto the bus before continuing up to Camp Chesebrough.

The bus will leave camp each day about 4 pm. The bus will arrive back at Sacred Heart Parish located next to the library about 4:30 pm where parents will sign their scouts off of the bus. The bus will travel back to the Scout office to allow the remaining Scouts to be signed off by their parents about 5:20 pm.
